Q. If we enquire about purchasing a lodge whilst on the park will there be any pressure to purchase?
A. No. The park is a pressure free environment. Our advisor's role is to help you decide if owning your own holiday lodge at Kingsdown Park is right for you.
Q. What will the running costs of owning a lodge be?
A. There is an annual rent for your lodge and there are additional maintenance and insurance charges. This means that you will be required to pay your lodges proportion of the insurance of your property and such things as the upkeep of the park roads, pathways and street lighting. Please ask for further details on these charges.
Q. Is there a way in which the park will assist us with the running costs?
A. Yes, you can rent out your Holiday Lodge and the park only charge a small admin fee to assist in this process. We also operate a guaranteed let back scheme which will assist you with your initial purchase and rentals, please enquire for more details.
